Founder's Associate – Part/Full/Working Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee each assignment from the initial scoping phase to the creation of longlists, outreach efforts, and active discussions.

• Keep a precise overview of all ongoing assignments, including their progress, obstacles, risks, and necessary involvement from founders.

• Generate client-facing progress reports and internal metrics that detail coverage, response rates, meetings initiated, and the velocity of mandates.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure data accuracy before it is presented to clients.

• Systematize recurring tasks into processes that can be delegated.

• Identify opportunities to develop automation or AI workflows where suitable.

• Prepare for discussions with clients and investors.

• Record and finalize follow-up actions.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficient in at least one major European language.

• Excellent communication skills.
