This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic priorities and annual business objectives for Pharmacy Services.
• Convert business goals into actionable strategies and quantifiable results.
• Track key initiatives while offering insights into risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Facilitate business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic planning efforts.
• Organize operating rhythms for the leadership team of Pharmacy Services.
• Ensure accountability and follow-up for decisions and action items.
• Prepare presentations, updates, and materials for executive meetings.
• Lead and manage high-priority cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Clinical Services, Revenue Cycle Management, Client Success, Product, Finance, Human Resources, and Health System Services.
• Promote collaboration and resolve issues among stakeholder groups.
• Assist with organizational communications, leadership messaging, and change management efforts.
• Uphold governance processes and reporting systems.
• Create dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness.
• Spearhead strategic projects and analyses for the Managing Director and Pharmacy Services leadership team.
• Conduct research, collect insights, and formulate recommendations.
• Support initiatives focused on business transformation, integration, and organizational effectiveness.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, consulting, business operations, project management, strategy, or related areas.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives successfully.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in executive-level presentations.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple competing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Background in pharmacy services, specialty pharmacy, healthcare operations, or health system services.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
• Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare operations, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or clinical service settings.
• Preferred: Background in organizational change management or business transformation projects.
• A home internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider, with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working remotely.
• Remote work option available (occasionally or permanently), contingent upon having cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
