📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic representative: Act on behalf of the CEO and the executive team in pivotal meetings, making informed decisions on critical initiatives and escalating issues only when necessary.

• Propel cross-functional execution: Take comprehensive ownership of key projects, ensuring that initiatives progress smoothly from problem identification to effective implementation without relying solely on delegation.

• Enhance financial and operational precision: Prepare board presentations and investor communications, rigorously analyzing data and financial models to guarantee accuracy and strategic clarity before they are presented to stakeholders.

• Cultivate accountability: Sustain momentum throughout the organization by holding teams responsible for deadlines and results, balancing firm expectations with a collaborative and constructive approach.

• Clarify the ambiguous: Rapidly distill complex and messy situations into clear frameworks, memos, and decision documents that enable the leadership team to act swiftly.

• Facilitate communication: Serve as a communication nexus, translating intricate updates and sensitive information into suitable formats for diverse audiences, ranging from the senior leadership team to the entire company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience: You possess 2–4 years of impactful professional experience, preferably in a scaling organization where you directly influenced outcomes rather than simply providing advice.

• Financial and analytical literacy: You are highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of independently constructing complex models and presentations, treating financial data as a crucial indicator of business health.

• Language proficiency: You have native-level fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) and can seamlessly operate in both languages during board meetings and internal communications.

• CEO leverage mindset: You recognize that your value lies in your capacity to exercise independent judgment, safeguard the CEO’s time, and manage highly sensitive information with utmost discretion.

• Constructive persistence: You are known for your ability to drive projects forward despite internal challenges, while maintaining strong and positive relationships across the organization.

• AI-augmented workflow: You actively incorporate AI tools into your daily routines, not merely as an enthusiast but as a practitioner who has built or adapted workflows to enhance personal and team efficiency.
