This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Collaborate closely with the CEO to establish priorities, focus areas, and company initiatives.
β’ Organize the operating rhythms of the leadership team, including meeting agendas, action item tracking, follow-ups, and communication flow.
β’ Monitor priorities, commitments, and essential deliverables to promote organizational accountability.
β’ Manage high-priority company projects and ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned and on schedule.
β’ Create executive presentations, materials for leadership meetings, board documentation, and strategic planning documents.
β’ Develop and maintain company dashboards, KPI reports, and executive scorecards.
β’ Plan and facilitate leadership offsites, strategic planning sessions, and company-wide initiatives.
β’ Identify execution roadblocks, organizational gaps, and opportunities for enhancing operational effectiveness.
β’ Increase visibility into company priorities, risks, timelines, and progress.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on matters of organizational effectiveness and execution.
β’ 5-8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Executive Operations, or a related role.
β’ Experience collaborating closely with senior executives or leadership teams in a high-growth company setting.
β’ Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and drive execution among multiple stakeholders.
β’ Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
β’ Experience in preparing executive presentations, reports, strategic planning materials, and leadership communications.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and derive actionable insights.
β’ High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and professional maturity.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.
β’ Remote candidates should be willing to travel occasionally for team meetings or company events.
β’ Local candidates must reside in the greater Boulder/Denver area and be able to work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
