Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to establish priorities, strategic initiatives, and organizational planning.

• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and develop business cases to guide growth strategies.

• Manage cross-functional projects initiated by the CEO and based on customer feedback by defining scope, responsibilities, and timelines.

• Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to monitor business performance.

• Partner with sales and customer success teams to formulate expansion strategies.

• Refine standardized GTM playbooks for product launches.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.

• Convert customer feedback into actionable product insights.

• Assist in preparing investor communications and board materials.

• Contribute to strategic fundraising initiatives.
