This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee global marketing initiatives for the CT and X-ray sectors.
• Assist in defining and executing the growth strategy for CT and X-ray.
• Utilize customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and business performance to inform decisions on growth, customer engagement, market differentiation, improvements, and prioritization.
• Develop portfolio, positioning, segmentation, and pricing strategies aligned with financial objectives.
• Craft a clear and distinct narrative for the CT and X-ray portfolio.
• Simplify product roadmaps, clinical data, and technical advancements into engaging, relevant, and memorable concepts.
• Establish the business narrative and create innovative platforms for significant product launches.
• Ensure that product narratives contribute to a cohesive story for CT and X-ray.
• Direct marketing strategies for new product introductions, pricing strategies, installed-base initiatives, and broader growth efforts.
• Enhance customer awareness, preference, and adoption alongside product, regional marketing, and commercial teams.
• Engage regions early, empower sales teams, and concentrate marketing investments on high-impact initiatives.
• Lead the global marketing and product management team.
• Establish priorities, develop talent, and foster accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate across product, sales, regional, communications, digital, and marketing teams.
• Uphold standards for patient safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and compliance.
• Review and authorize external marketing communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Bioengineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of ten years of marketing experience, including product marketing.
• Proven experience in leading global teams.
• Background in product launches, commercialization, pricing, or portfolio strategy.
• Experience in healthcare or medical technology is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No employment visa sponsorship is available now or in the future.
• Successful completion of a drug screen, if applicable.
• Preferred: MBA or a relevant advanced degree.
• Preferred: Experience in Imaging, Radiology, CT, or related healthcare technology markets.
• Preferred: Experience in product management, sales, or regional marketing.
• Preferred: Experience in developing portfolio, launch, or brand campaigns.
• Preferred: Experience in leading creative teams, agencies, or integrated marketing programs.
• Preferred: Strong understanding of segmentation, positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Preferred: Demonstrated ability to lead change and work effectively within a matrixed organization.
