This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide senior marketing leadership to PFM, transforming the function from a variety of channels into a cohesive, company-wide engine.
• Take charge of PFM's market voice and develop the senior marketing leadership tier.
• Implement the necessary attribution and measurement practices for the function's scalability.
• Oversee brand positioning, voice, and visual identity.
• Lead public relations, thought leadership, events (including Prop Firm Expo), and community engagement.
• Manage reputation across all customer touchpoints.
• Establish PFM's senior network within the prop trading sector.
• Drive growth across every marketing channel.
• Set and uphold customer acquisition cost (CAC) and payback targets.
• Ensure accountability for channel return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct experimentation and manage budget reallocation cycles.
• Develop the four core marketing pillars.
• Recruit a Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead, PR Lead, and Growth Lead.
• Mentor and develop current team members.
• Establish the operating rhythm for the marketing function.
• Take ownership of marketing performance, attribution, and budget management.
• Collaborate with Insights on measurement initiatives.
• Reallocate budget monthly.
• Report marketing-generated revenue to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Over 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience (CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Marketing in a fast-growing organization).
• Proficiency across multiple channels including brand, performance, and lifecycle, rather than specializing in a single channel.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, comfortable managing CAC, payback, and channel ROI targets.
• Experience in team building, with a background in recruiting, structuring, and developing a comprehensive marketing function.
• Familiarity with audience networks across social and creator platforms, as PFM's reach is primarily built on these mediums rather than traditional broadcasting.
• Comfortable utilizing modern marketing technologies, attribution tools, and AI/automation.
• Primarily B2C marketing experience, with additional skills in B2B partnership marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts in a scale-up setting.
• Exceptional asynchronous written communication skills - we operate in a remote-first environment.
