Chief Marketing Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive marketing vision, strategy, and objectives across Brand, Growth, Social, and B2B.

• Design localized, multi-market go-to-market strategies that honor distinct cultural nuances.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and C-suite as the main marketing representative.

• Manage XCEED’s global branding, narrative, and identity.

• Enhance PR, thought leadership, and industry visibility for XCEED.

• Oversee impactful owned events and partnerships.

• Supervise performance marketing, CRM automation, and optimization throughout the user journey.

• Promote a rigorous, dashboard-focused culture of attribution and reporting.

• Direct, mentor, and expand leadership within Partnerships, Social, Brand, and Growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a CMO, VP, or Head of Marketing in scaling high-growth, multi-market platforms (such as marketplaces, SaaS-enabled networks, ticketing, entertainment, or local discovery hybrids).

• Strong passion for or experience in nightlife, music, festivals, or the entertainment sector.

• Unique ability to blend high-level creative insight with a strong focus on growth.

• Complete confidence in managing a complex P&L, forecasting budgets, and linking marketing results to top-line business growth and GMV contributions.

• Proven history of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing marketing teams.

• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Additional European languages are highly advantageous.
