This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute the global growth strategy for the MI and Theranostics sectors.
• Recognize growth prospects and steer investment, differentiation, and prioritization choices.
• Create a coherent portfolio narrative that integrates complex technology, clinical evidence, and product roadmaps.
• Formulate innovative concepts and interconnected product narratives for significant launches.
• Direct marketing strategies for product introductions, pricing, installed-base expansion, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with regional and commercial teams to enhance awareness, preference, adoption, market share, orders, and revenue.
• Synchronize global product, marketing, and commercial teams while facilitating regional customization.
• Lead and grow a global marketing and product management team.
• Establish priorities, nurture talent, and promote a customer-centric, innovative, accountable, and commercially adept culture.
• Uphold standards for patient safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and compliance.
• Review and endorse external marketing communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Bioengineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of ten years of marketing experience, including product marketing.
• Proven experience in leading global teams.
• Background in product launches, commercialization, pricing, or portfolio strategy.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States; GE HealthCare does not sponsor employment visas.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, as applicable.
• Preferred: MBA or a relevant advanced degree.
• Preferred: Experience in Imaging, Radiology, Theranostics, Molecular Imaging, or related healthcare technology markets.
• Preferred: Experience in product management, sales, or regional marketing.
• Preferred: Experience in developing portfolio, launch, or brand campaigns.
• Preferred: Experience in leading creative teams, agencies, or integrated marketing initiatives.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of segmentation, positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management.
