• Manage the recruiting strategy for executive positions and high-volume roles across various business units.
• Establish top-notch onboarding and development programs that enhance retention and accelerate time-to-productivity.
• Create leadership pipelines and succession plans for every essential position within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop workforce plans and headcount models for the next 6–12 months.
• Define, protect, and enhance Ciullo’s culture within a diverse, multi-company framework.
• Develop engagement strategies that promote belonging, accountability, and high performance.
• Spearhead DEI initiatives with measurable results, avoiding superficial programs.
• Foster a feedback culture driven by real-time data and AI-enhanced sentiment analysis tools.
• Provide coaching and advice to the CEO and senior leadership on organizational efficiency and team dynamics.
• Create and lead leadership development programs for directors and higher-level positions.
• Directly mentor the SVP of HR to enhance their executive presence and prepare them for a CHRO role.
• Disseminate leadership development throughout the entire HR function.
• Design competitive compensation frameworks benchmarked against the market for all business units.
• Oversee benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and total rewards philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations across all jurisdictions, including employment laws and labor regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance on workforce budgeting, headcount planning, and optimizing people-related costs.
• Over 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a VP or C-suite role related to people management.
• Proven ability to scale HR functions in startup or high-growth settings — you have successfully built from the ground up.
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset — actively utilizing AI tools in your work and implementing AI-driven HR systems on a large scale.
• Experience in leading people strategies across multiple departments, business units, or portfolio companies at the same time.
• Exceptional change management capabilities — you excel in uncertain situations and guide others confidently through transitions.
• Proven track record of functioning at both strategic and operational levels — you can plan three years ahead while remaining hands-on.
• Extensive knowledge in organizational design, compensation structure, talent acquisition, and cultural development.
• Strong executive presence and communication abilities — recognized as a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards.
