Chief Human Resources Officer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to align the people strategy with business growth initiatives.

• Lead and enhance the Human Resources function, which includes Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

• Develop and implement strategies for talent development and succession planning.

• Act as a trusted advisor and a reliable source of counsel for leadership.

• Proven experience leading an HR function within a high-growth, operationally complex organization.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing talent development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

• Comprehensive knowledge across talent strategy, compensation, benefits, learning, compliance, and HR systems.

• Experience working with senior leadership to influence decisions and shape organizational strategy.
