This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Formulate and execute a financial strategy that aligns with the company's expansion in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.
• Oversee financial operations, which include budgeting, forecasting, and managing treasury for both digital assets and fiat currencies.
• Direct the tokenomics strategy to ensure a sustainable and scalable financial framework for the company's crypto ecosystem.
• Examine market trends and deliver insights regarding investment prospects in DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 initiatives.
• Manage the administration of crypto reserves, liquidity pools, and staking processes.
• Apply risk mitigation techniques for crypto assets, encompassing hedging, stablecoins, and diversification strategies.
• Enhance yield generation through staking, yield farming, and leveraging decentralized finance protocols.
• Ensure effective management of on-chain and off-chain assets with multi-signature security protocols.
• Maintain compliance with international cryptocurrency regulations, including FATF, SEC, MiCA, and AML/KYC requirements.
• Collaborate with legal teams to establish frameworks for Shariah-compliant finance (if applicable).
• Over 10 years of experience in financial leadership positions, including a minimum of 5 years in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries.
• Profound knowledge of tokenomics, DeFi, stablecoins, and strategies for cryptocurrency trading.
• Familiarity with blockchain accounting standards, cryptocurrency taxation, and global financial regulations.
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of Islamic finance principles is advantageous for Shariah-compliant projects.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
