Chief Financial Officer / Controller – Fractional CFO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Chief Financial Officer for clients' law firms

• Read, assess, and interpret financial information

• Assist clients in confronting realities and making informed decisions

• Offer options and establish strategic plans

• Ensure clients are accountable for their actions

• Conduct meetings with clients via Zoom or phone

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial and/or accounting positions

• Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance

• Practical experience in advising under-capitalized small business owners

• Capability to identify and explain sources and uses of cash

• Ability to recognize compliance risks based on balance sheet trends

• Identify performance deficiencies in profit and loss statements

• Present various solutions for addressing issues

• Practical experience in financial planning and analysis
