This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Manage all financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities across RSA's consolidated operations.
• Take ownership of and enhance the complete quote-to-cash process.
• Supervise the accounts receivable and collections operations.
• Ensure the timely and precise execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Develop, implement, and sustain a robust framework of internal controls.
• Oversee the accounts payable functions.
• Guarantee that all legal entities comply with relevant local accounting standards.
• Collaborate with internal tax resources and external advisors to ensure tax compliance.
• Monitor and manage metrics related to working capital.
• Lead the annual audit process in collaboration with external auditors.
• Ensure the precise and timely preparation of financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure the effectiveness of financial systems and ERP platforms.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of accounting professionals.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including prior Controller or senior accounting leadership roles.
• Experience in a technology or SaaS business backed by private equity is strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with IFRS and international statutory reporting is a plus.
• Proficient in ERP processes and data; experience with NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information to both executive and non-financial audiences.
• Superior analytical and financial modeling skills, with a strong attention to detail.
