Chief Financial Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Take charge of the group's financial strategy, capital planning, treasury, banking relationships, and the overall long-term financial framework.

• Spearhead M&A finance workstreams for acquisitions, encompassing diligence, modeling, integration planning, and post-close reporting.

• Manage reporting for investors, the board, lenders, and strategic finance as the company evolves.

• Collaborate with external advisors to design the tax, transfer pricing, intercompany, and multi-entity financial structure.

• Work closely with MD OPS, RevOps, the Finance Director, and vertical leaders on branch-level P&L, forecasting discipline, hiring affordability, and growth scenarios.

• Prepare the organization for financial readiness in achieving annual revenue scales of $75M-$100M+.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior finance leader possessing multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction operational experience.

• Background in services, consulting, SaaS, systems integration, ERP/CRM, or project-based revenue settings.

• Robust experience in M&A finance, treasury, FP&A, reporting, and controls.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the founder/CEO, MD OPS, sales, delivery, HR, RevOps, and external accountants/advisors.

• Previous experience as a CFO or VP Finance in a company with revenues between $25M-$150M is preferred.

• Experience with international entities, including the US, Canada, UK, UAE, and Europe, is preferred.
