Chief Engineer, Oil Chemical Tanker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the efficient operation and upkeep of the Engine room and associated machinery equipment.

• Prior experience in repairs and dry docking is essential.

• Must possess valid STCW certifications relevant to the position.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities are necessary.

• Proficient in English communication.

• A safety-oriented culture and mindset are crucial.

• Experience in a multicultural work environment is highly valued.

• Minimum experience requirement: 4 months in Rank on the same vessel type equipped with 2 stroke engines.

• Mandatory experience with Deepwell Centrifugal Cargo pump systems.

• Familiarity with trading areas in the USA and Australia is preferred.

• Proficiency in the Greek language is advantageous.
