• Formulate project scenarios that mirror real-world engineering challenges and industry practices.

• Convert high-level project goals into comprehensive engineering specifications, operational constraints, and quantifiable acceptance criteria.

• Decompose intricate engineering issues into interconnected tasks with clearly outlined inputs, outputs, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Specify roles and technical contributions for specialists across various engineering fields.

• Set technical evaluation benchmarks to evaluate the quality, feasibility, and thoroughness of engineering solutions.

• Utilize engineering judgment to evaluate design choices, technical trade-offs, and project constraints.

• Integrate design verification, manufacturing considerations, testing protocols, and root-cause analysis into project workflows.

• Ensure that project activities adhere to realistic engineering standards, processes, and professional practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience as a Chief Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, or in a similar engineering leadership role.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex engineering projects that involve multiple technical disciplines.

• Extensive expertise in mechanical design and engineering analysis.

• Practical understanding of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles.

• Background in technical validation, engineering testing, and root-cause analysis.

• Capability to translate intricate engineering objectives into structured requirements, technical tasks, and measurable acceptance criteria.

• Experience in coordinating technical inputs and managing dependencies among engineering teams.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and technical communication abilities.
