• Specify responsibilities and technical contributions for specialists across various engineering disciplines.

• Set technical evaluation criteria to evaluate the quality, feasibility, and completeness of engineering solutions.

• Utilize engineering judgment to evaluate design choices, technical trade-offs, and project constraints.

• Integrate design verification, manufacturing considerations, testing procedures, and root-cause analysis into project workflows.

• Ensure that project tasks adhere to realistic engineering standards, processes, and professional practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional background as a Chief Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, or in a similar engineering leadership role.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex engineering projects that involve multiple technical disciplines.

• Strong proficiency in mechanical design and engineering analysis.

• Practical understanding of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles.

• Experience with technical verification, engineering testing, and root-cause analysis.

• Ability to translate complex engineering goals into structured requirements, technical tasks, and measurable acceptance criteria.

• Experience in coordinating technical contributions and managing dependencies among engineering teams.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or above.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and technical communication skills.
