This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the commercial trajectory and drive growth for intive’s EMEA operations, which encompasses around 1,000 employees.
• Spearhead regional sales acceleration, focusing on enterprise account targeting, strategic deal qualification, shaping, and closing.
• Define EMEA commercial priorities and narrative in collaboration with global Marketing, including ABM, thought leadership, and industry events.
• Serve as the executive sponsor and strategic advisor for key regional accounts.
• Manage the entire EMEA P&L, driving revenue growth, margin optimization, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Transform intive’s global vision into a unified EMEA strategy that aligns with sales pipelines, delivery capabilities, and technological innovations.
• Develop market and industry propositions, references, and capabilities.
• Cultivate an agile, inclusive, and high-performance culture throughout distributed EMEA teams.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations while optimizing NPS and project margins.
• Transition initial mandates into long-term, expanding client partnerships.
• Oversee Agile, DevOps, and product-led development methodologies.
• Proactively address delivery bottlenecks, manage resource forecasting, and plan cross-functional capacities.
• Ensure regional technical capabilities are future-proof across AI, cloud-native architecture, data engineering, and platform modernization.
• Establish the regional AI agenda, develop unique AI-enabled services and reference cases, and promote internal AI adoption.
• Advocate for engineering practices that prioritize code quality, architectural integrity, and domain-driven design.
• Over 10 years of experience leading a regional or business-unit P&L within a digital product development firm, technology consultancy, or premium software services agency.
• Proven personal track record in winning and expanding strategic enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in managing a regional P&L of at least €50M–€100M+.
• History of consistent year-on-year growth and measurable improvements in qualified-opportunity conversion.
• In-depth familiarity with modern digital product ecosystems, which includes agile software engineering, cloud transformations, UX/UI design principles, and emerging technologies.
• Possess technical credibility to engage directly with client CTOs and engineering leaders.
• Strong command of AI, enabling credible commercial discussions and application of AI to enhance client services, accelerate delivery, and improve engineering quality.
• Extensive experience within European markets, including DACH, UK, and CEE delivery hubs.
• Proven experience in building a business, new market, practice, product line, venture, or business unit through substantial scale growth.
• Comfortable operating with incomplete infrastructure and partial information.
