This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of a designated territory and customer base, implementing structured account strategies that align with quarterly and annual objectives.
• Identify, prospect, and assess opportunities in laboratories, industrial settings, and research institutions.
• Engage with and manage stakeholders at multiple levels across technical, operational, procurement, and executive roles.
• Conduct consultative sales of analytical instruments, consumables, software, and associated services.
• Convert customer needs into value-driven solutions, including return on investment and total cost of ownership assessments.
• Oversee the entire sales process, encompassing demonstrations, evaluations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Create proposals and quotations, ensuring they comply with pricing and margin standards.
• Propel growth of the installed base through renewals, service contracts, upgrades, and initiatives for cross-selling and upselling.
• Keep precise CRM records, maintain pipeline discipline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Track market trends and deliver insights to internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Background in service contracts, consumables, and sales of installed bases.
• Knowledge of regulated environments (GMP, GLP, ISO 17025).
• Experience with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, ICP, UV-Vis, FTIR, etc.) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales of analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or scientific capital goods.
• Capability to engage with technical stakeholders and clearly communicate application-based value.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
• Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience in managing comprehensive sales cycles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
• Option for remote work.
• Travel required within the designated territory.
