This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Evaluate actual chatbot interactions, pinpoint understanding gaps, and refine dialogue structures.
• Play a role in enhancing the knowledge repository.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and customer support teams.
• Organize and classify user feedback to facilitate ongoing chatbot enhancements.
• Generate performance reports for the chatbot.
• Manage and refresh the generative chatbot's knowledge base.
• Utilize generative AI for content curation, rewriting, and standardization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in analyzing chatbot dialogues or digital customer service interactions.
• Proven ability to create written content with an emphasis on clarity and effective communication.
• Familiarity with digital tools for information and content organization.
• Experience with low-code platforms like IBM Watson Assistant or equivalent.
• Background in UX writing or conversational design.
• Professional experience utilizing generative AI.
• Proficiency in structuring technical content (e.g., JSON or knowledge databases).
• Experience in analyzing support or user experience metrics.
• Background in academic or digital educational settings.
