This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Responsible for addressing customer inquiries received through the website(s).
β’ Deliver clear and concise information to customers via live chat.
β’ Resolve customer issues pertaining to defective products, shipping concerns, and service-related complaints.
β’ Foster engaging and meaningful conversations with customers.
β’ Recognize significant pain points and relay them to a liaison for further action.
β’ Participate in training that encompasses technical, policy, and soft skills development.
β’ Passion for enhancing customer experiences with products.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data for informed decision-making.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Proven track record of building and maintaining robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
β’ Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM software.
β’ Familiarity with customer support metrics and industry best practices.
β’ Capability to implement technology-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-service portals).
β’ Willingness to assist customers on weekends if necessary.
