This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute the daily registration process for all new bank accounts.

• Collaborate with Product Success to address and resolve issues.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of bank accounts, assisting the Cash Account with the bank account hold procedures.

• Daily reconcile chargeback credit totals in Beacon and SAP for each manufacturer.

• Work together with internal teams, manufacturers, and covered entities to address chargeback rejections and discrepancies in accordance with contractual agreements.

• Provide daily payment amounts to the cash accountant and aid in payment reconciliations.

• Generate daily SAP chargeback payments for each manufacturer based on established processes and timelines.

• Uphold target performance objectives related to chargeback payments to enhance customer experience and minimize financial losses.

• Conduct periodic reconciliations of Beacon and SAP master data to ensure the accuracy and eligibility of customer identifiers, including 340B.

• Create and maintain manufacturer contracts, pricing, and contract membership within Beacon.

• Assist manufacturers and internal client teams with banking and financial processes.

• Ensure all SOC 1 controls are executed and documented properly.

• Provide support for SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits as necessary.

• Assist Development and Implementation teams with monitoring EDI transactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience is required.

• Experience in contracting and chargeback adjudication within the pharmaceutical industry, medical distribution, or healthcare is preferred.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational capabilities.

• Familiarity with SAP, SAP 4HANA, or other Accounts Receivable systems is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications is essential.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel are required.

• Excellent technical writing skills and experience in process management.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset toward error prevention and correction.

• Must be able to provide verification of legal authorization to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
