• Recruit and onboard new Channel Solutions and Domain Consultants within the region, aiming to attract the finest talent in the industry.
• Responsible for the training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of team members, ensuring they remain engaged and successful throughout their careers.
• Provide support to the partner Solutions Consultant team during complex evaluations, problem-solving, and in challenging customer environments.
• Define, create, and oversee individual development plans for team members.
• Collaborate closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams to guarantee effective customer implementation and solution adoption.
• Deliver impactful technical leadership during customer interactions, including sharing security trends and best practices utilized by other clients to actively participate in the sales process.
• Propel Palo Alto Networks Platformization initiatives within your accounts.
• Work in conjunction with the Domain Specialist Manager to ensure optimal resource utilization and align necessary resources with the projects you oversee.
• Serve as an escalation point to collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams for resolving any issues that may arise.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers to strengthen reference accounts and support account teams in formulating plans to drive additional business.
• Present as our expert in your field to partners at all levels, from partner SEs to executives.
• Analyze competitor products in the market and position our solutions as the superior alternative.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Marketing, and R&D to establish requirements and product features for our large customers, providing valuable feedback from clients.
• Travel 50-75% within the region.
• Partner with your Channel Business Manager counterpart to formulate a technical strategy that accelerates growth for our partners. Identify key verticals, markets, use cases, and solutions to target, and develop a comprehensive strategy and engagement model tailored to your region or district.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or team leader role.
• Experience in a pre-sales System Engineer Manager position.
• Background as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Experience collaborating with Resellers, Distributors, or MSSPs.
• In-depth knowledge of security product market trends and a directional understanding of our roadmap and technological initiatives, as well as familiarity with competitor offerings and products.
• Proven experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
• Experience in partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
• Quota-driven mindset, emphasizing a trusted advisor role to partners.
• Proficient in English.
