This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with channel partners to enhance sales growth.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation.
• Implement sales strategies and tactics to meet established sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to offer support and resources to channel partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to achieve revenue goals.
• Provide management with regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
• At least 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, demonstrating a successful track record in managing key accounts and fostering revenue growth.
• Familiarity with the measurement and control market, particularly in field instrumentation, process instrumentation, gas process measurement, custody transfer equipment, terminals, and modular systems, with expertise in PLCs.
• Strong leadership capabilities and team management skills.
• Ability to establish and sustain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and proficient problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
