• Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual operational plan order objectives (orders, down payment, and margin) for the OEM & Integrators sales channels.
• Build new client relationships and develop strategic account plans for key OEM & Integrators.
• Identify underserved customer segments to establish regular direct engagement and foster necessary customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the relevant quoting and business teams to create successful proposals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to fulfill their commercial and technical needs, including delivering technical presentations to all levels within the customer organization.
• Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure a streamlined and compliant sales process (including pacing, booking, and handover as necessary).
• Participate in the overall rhythm of the commercial process.
• Promptly maintain and provide accurate records of SFDC opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional ITO / OTR teams to address customer challenges identified during engagements.
• Connect the regional pipeline with global fulfillment teams to meet short- to mid-term order targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in sales, commercial operations, risk, or marketing.
• Willingness to travel 30% - 50% of the time.
