• Create a sales strategy in collaboration with channel partners to meet revenue targets.
• Jointly develop annual and quarterly business plans with partners.
• Analyze territory sales KPIs and financial performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Oversee monthly forecasts for 30/60/90/120-day intervals.
• Evaluate supply and demand forecasts for accuracy alongside the SCM manager.
• Revise sales activity reports regularly.
• Pinpoint market opportunities and formulate a channel coverage plan.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts at each partner organization.
• Utilize Inside Sales resources to aid in management efforts.
• Drive and monitor the pipeline of sales prospects.
• Facilitate, schedule, and conduct training sessions for partners.
• Implement quarterly marketing tactics and demand generation initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication with partners regarding product launches, pricing updates, and distribution processes.
• Keep management informed about performance, obstacles, and requirements.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous sales background in Printing devices/Office Products and associated Software with Copier Dealers.
• Demonstrated capability in managing a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting product sales.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Experience in forecasting and pipeline management, along with knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Background in solution selling and business development.
• Solid financial acumen, including the ability to interpret P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align remote teams effectively.
• Capability to address and resolve channel conflict issues.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in sales, presentation, and negotiation techniques.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Salesforce CRM.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
