This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement Nexa’s channel and partner strategy that aligns with targeted segments and geographical areas.
• Identify and prioritize various partner types (such as manufacturers’ representatives, contractors, service providers, and system integrators) and define their roles within the ecosystem.
• Establish coverage models that balance direct sales with partner-led growth initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable high-potential partners by leveraging existing industry relationships to expedite ecosystem development.
• Define criteria for partner selection and articulate differentiated value propositions.
• Structure and negotiate partner agreements, which include commercial terms and performance expectations.
• Design and implement pricing, discounting, and incentive programs that align with Watts’ revenue and margin objectives.
• Continuously refine commercial models based on performance metrics and market feedback.
• Develop and deliver scalable onboarding and training programs for partners.
• Provide partners with sales tools, messaging, and playbooks to effectively represent and sell Nexa products.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure cohesive and compelling market messaging.
• Own the partner-driven pipeline and revenue targets.
• Partner with channel allies on key opportunities to expedite deal closures.
• Monitor partner performance using established KPIs and governance frameworks to ensure accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Provide field insights to guide the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as the internal advocate for the partner channel within Nexa and Watts Digital.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the direct leader or Company management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect go-to-market strategies.
• Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems with measurable revenue impacts.
• Established network within relevant channels, including manufacturers’ representatives, ESCOs, contractors, and system integrators.
• Experience in structuring commercial agreements and incentive programs.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner economics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment focused on building and scaling operations.
