• Take ownership of and oversee a designated portfolio of strategic Sea-Bird channel partners throughout EMEA and Canada.
• Drive the behavior of these essential channel partners to meet revenue growth objectives.
• Actively seek out new growth opportunities within the designated region.
• Manage channel opportunity pipelines and assist in closing key strategic opportunities.
• Deliver product and application training and support to channel partners and customers.
• Represent the distributor's interests with Sea-Bird and collaborate across functions to address issues and enhance the experience for customers and channel partners.
• Ensure clear, proactive, and professional communication with channels and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in science and/or engineering is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in a technical B2B sales environment with significant exposure to channel or distributor-led models.
• Experience in managing complex relationships across different geographies and cultures.
• Demonstrated success in professional selling and developing opportunities.
• Product and application knowledge with a preference for an oceanographic background.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated territory.
