This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and assess Channel Partners and alliances that align with sales and marketing strategies as well as other established selection criteria.

• Engage in regular travel, comprising 50% of the role.

• Assist Channel Partners with pricing and product solutions, including pricing quotes and order processing.

• Educate Channel Partners on the company’s product offerings, pricing structures, and order processing procedures.

• Inspire and guide Channel Partners to surpass sales targets by actively minimizing sales conflicts and providing education on the company's value while identifying sales opportunities.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for guidance and direction concerning all aspects of product information, pricing, and technical support.

• Formulate business plans for Channel Partners and deliver timely, precise reports and information regarding partner activities.

• Offer feedback to management and Channel Partners to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing plans, programs, and policies throughout the channel operations.

• Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for the ongoing enhancement of channel programs.

• Over 8 years of experience in channel sales within the telecom sector.

• A strong collaborator with a drive for success.

• Capability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in sales and building strong relationships.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills with prospects and customers.

• Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and functions according to changing market conditions.

• Basic technical skills and an understanding of customer requirements.

• Experience in presentations and training.

• A proven history of meeting monthly quotas.
