This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and implement a thorough growth strategy for a designated territory.
• Create, execute, and monitor detailed partner development plans.
• Engage directly with partner business leadership to ensure alignment of business objectives.
• Generate revenue through structured go-to-market strategies, performance evaluations, and frequent business reviews.
• Oversee co-selling initiatives, deal registrations, and pipeline forecasting processes.
• Foster strong, trusted relationships with key channel partners, serving as the primary point of escalation and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer support) to facilitate effective partner enablement programs and sales tools.
• Advise partners in crafting sales strategies and marketing plans that enhance product adoption and revenue generation.
• Work together with the marketing team to produce coordinated co-branded marketing materials, campaigns, and events.
• Track partner sales performance, pipeline, and activities to monitor progress against key performance indicators and business goals.
• Collect and analyze insights from partners and customers to offer actionable feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Prepare regular reports for management on channel sales performance, challenges faced, and potential opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing partner sales and alliances within a cybersecurity IAM environment.
• Revenue Ownership: Proven history of managing and achieving a territory quota.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to influence external executive and business leadership teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in conducting data-driven territory reviews and performance analyses.
• 6-8 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, including a minimum of 1 year in a role focused on territory development and relationship building.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth through channel partnerships.
• Experience in managing and motivating sales teams, as well as external partners and resellers.
• In-depth understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner ecosystems in the Indian market.
• Technical Proficiency.
• CRM & PRM: Advanced operational knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and Impartner.
• Productivity & AI: Skilled in Google Workspace (GWS) and Gemini for workflow management and insights.
• Revenue Intelligence: Experience utilizing Gong to analyze partner calls and enhance sales execution.
