This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Work closely with the Head of LATAM Sales to implement and enhance the regional partner strategy.
• Take ownership of regional partner sales objectives, facilitating active pipeline development at the field level and ensuring consistent indirect revenue growth.
• Identify, onboard, and empower key strategic partners throughout LATAM.
• Act as the partner advocate within Cribl, collaborating across various teams.
• Manage partner deal registrations and provide support during negotiations.
• Cultivate executive and field-level relationships with regional partners.
• Must be a resident of the United States and legally permitted to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is mandatory, along with professional fluency in English.
• 5–10 years of experience in high-tech channel management, alliances, or business development (experience in high-growth startups or SaaS companies preferred).
• Strong existing relationships within key LATAM markets.
• A proactive mindset, high intrinsic motivation, and the capacity to operate efficiently with minimal supervision in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities, with the skill to develop a clear partnership execution plan, build consensus, and implement a consultative sales strategy.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the LATAM region to support partners, nurture relationships, and drive business results.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
