This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as the technical foundation for the southeast regional channel team and partner ecosystem.
• Enable the partner community to become technical advocates who can autonomously position, demonstrate, and implement the security platform.
• Facilitate technical training sessions and workshops to certify partner engineers.
• Support partners during high-stakes discovery calls and demonstrations.
• Manage the technical execution of Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives.
• Serve as a consultant to assist regional partners in designing security workflows that seamlessly integrate with existing customer infrastructures.
• Spearhead technical discussions on proactive security measures, including vulnerability assessments, risk prioritization, and attack surface management.
• Create technical resources specifically tailored for the channel, such as demo scripts, reference architectures, and competitive battle cards.
• Keep regional partners updated on the latest cyber threats, zero-day vulnerabilities, and compliance standards.
• Represent the company at trade shows, partner summits, and technical meetups.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Technical Consulting within the cybersecurity sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Cyber Exposure Lifecycle, Zero Trust architecture, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Practical experience with cloud security for AWS, Azure, or GCP, including knowledge of container security (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure misconfigurations.
• Familiarity with AI-driven threat detection and experience using Generative AI or LLMs to automate security reporting, script creation (e.g., Python, Bash), and orchestration.
• Expertise in packet analysis, firewall configuration, and navigating complex VLAN/segmented environments.
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or platform-specific credentials like AWS Certified Security Specialty.
• A "teacher" mindset with the ability to simplify intricate technical concepts.
