This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the technical lead for our key Channel Partners, serving as their trusted advisor alongside SE and architect teams.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with partner technical leadership to ensure that Oasis Platform is the preferred choice in their NHI discussions.
• Relay insights from the partner field back to Product and Engineering to influence the development roadmap.
• Create the partner enablement playbook, which includes the training curriculum, certification pathways, and ongoing technical communications.
• Establish the co-sell strategy: detailing how partner SEs collaborate with Oasis Platform SEs, how opportunities are validated, and how technical successes are replicated.
• Define the Proof of Concept (POC) model for partner-sourced deals and take ownership of its implementation from start to finish.
• Conduct technical POCs in collaboration with partner teams, taking on the role of technical lead for every partner-sourced POC rather than being a passive participant.
• Provide customized demos and technical presentations, address complex objections, and confirm the suitability of the Oasis Platform in various customer environments.
• Develop the technical materials partners require for independent sales efforts, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, competitive positioning, and reference designs.
• Proven hands-on experience in driving technical sales and partner enablement within the cybersecurity sector. Must demonstrate capability as a strategic technical advisor to our partner ecosystem.
• Established history of working with Global Systems Integrators, VARs, or major MSPs, possessing the technical credibility to engage effectively with partner architects at firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in building functions, programs, or partner motions from the ground up, not just implementing existing strategies.
• Strong understanding of contemporary SaaS and cloud architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and equity options.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
• Opportunity to shape the Channel SE function within a pioneering company in the Non-Human Identity security space.
• A collaborative environment that emphasizes high ownership and significant influence on go-to-market strategies.
