This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage all operations related to channel sales and marketing.

• Create Channel Programs and establish strategic roadmaps.

• Define guidelines and establish timelines.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collect and analyze reports from various teams.

• Formulate strategies aimed at increasing revenue.

• Enhance relationships with clients.

• Address any issues or concerns that arise.

• Lead and motivate the channel team.

• Develop an annual strategic plan for the Channel Department.

• Set both short- and long-term sales strategies for the channel.

• Oversee channel sales policies and initiatives.

• Ensure a robust pipeline of Channel partners.

• Collaborate with other departments.

• Design and implement marketing campaigns.

• Perform post-program ROI analysis.

• Create co-marketing business plans.

• Manage channel budget allocations.

• Establish sales processes and business rules.

• Drive sales through the appropriate Channel Ecosystem.

• Work with Partners Success to guarantee client ROI outcomes.

• A minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
