Channel Sales Development Representative, SDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in our high-performing sales team by addressing the most significant challenges.

• Seek out and recruit new partners that align with the company’s Ideal Partner Profile (IPP).

• Oversee and assess "Partner-Sourced" leads to ensure they meet the necessary criteria before referring them to a Channel Account Manager (CAM).

• Serve as the product subject matter expert during initial discovery calls with partners.

• Educate partner sales teams on effectively pitching the product, addressing objections, and identifying opportunities.

• Assist partners in utilizing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to spark top-of-funnel interest.

• Collaborate with partners to generate SQLs and revenue.

• Support partners in their business development efforts to expand their portfolio of FinQuery customers.

• Represent the brand and acquire new leads by attending partner webinars and trade shows.

• Maintain high activity levels while successfully achieving monthly quota targets.

• Address objections and convert skeptics into advocates through effective communication and listening skills.

• Work alongside a supportive team, concentrating on revenue-generating opportunities.

• Engage prospects through cold outreach to demonstrate how FinQuery addresses lease accounting challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in outbound development.

• Previous experience in cold calling is mandatory.

• Demonstrated success in generating SQLs and driving revenue in B2B settings.

• Proven ability to build rapport and establish value by thoroughly uncovering prospect needs.

• Maintain a positive mindset and solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

• A collaborative spirit that emphasizes team success over individual ambition.

• Results-driven and competitive, with a proven track record of achieving outcomes despite facing rejection.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Grit, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, focusing on continuous self-improvement.

• Capable of thriving in a remote work environment with a well-equipped home office.

• Excellent presentation, writing, and business development capabilities.

• A minimum of a four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
