This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and enhance operational processes that empower PADs and partners to achieve customer lifecycle outcomes (onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewals) for the VCF platform and its add-ons.
• Convert VCF platform adoption objectives into structured workflows, tools, and KPIs that facilitate PAD execution.
• Equip partners with the necessary tools, processes, and guidance to ensure successful VCF deployment, expansion, and ongoing utilization.
• Monitor and provide insights into partner-driven customer outcomes, including VCF adoption, add-on attachment rates, usage, and retention metrics.
• Operationalize partner programs that align with VCF platform adoption and expansion, supporting PAD-driven partner strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the incentives/program lead to implement rebates, activity-based incentives, and adoption initiatives.
• Oversee the complete incentive operations cycle, including tracking, validation, accruals, and payout execution, ensuring precision and audit compliance.
• Maintain alignment with Finance regarding forecasting, accruals, and payout governance.
• Promote the simplification and automation of incentive structures and claims processes.
• Construct and sustain executive dashboards and KPI reports to provide PADs with transparent insights into partner performance and VCF lifecycle metrics.
• Develop and implement PAD scorecards to ensure uniform measurement of partner performance and accountability.
• Provide insights that assist PADs in identifying risks, prioritizing actions, and enhancing partner performance.
• Standardize reporting across various systems (CRM, partner platforms, BI tools).
• Utilize AI and automation to boost PAD efficiency, including forecasting, adoption insights, anomaly detection, and workflow automation.
• Execute AI-driven initiatives such as predicting VCF adoption and renewal risks, identifying expansion and add-on opportunities, and improving incentive targeting and effectiveness.
• Drive automation efforts to minimize manual workload while increasing speed and accuracy.
• Manage and improve partner and operational platforms (partner portals, incentive systems, certification, and performance tools) to support PAD execution and lifecycle visibility.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM, finance, certification, and partner systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT to align on VCF adoption objectives and program execution.
• Oversee third-party vendors that support channel programs, ensuring their performance and compliance.
• 12+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Strong understanding of partner-led customer lifecycle models (reseller and services).
• Experience in supporting field sales or partner-facing roles (e.g., PADs, account teams) with data, tools, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with partner programs, incentives, rebates, and payout operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and KPI frameworks (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience utilizing AI, automation, or advanced analytics in an operational setting.
• Proven project, process, and change management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
