This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) to guarantee the comprehensive success and activation of established partner agreements.
• Take charge of training and onboarding partner representatives by collaborating closely and cross-functionally with the Enablement and Sales Leadership teams.
• Control and oversee the pipeline of partner deals, holding partners accountable for their commitments while ensuring they are thoroughly equipped for success.
• Fully manage the Key Result (KR) workstreams linked to partner channel metrics, fostering a process driven by operational rigor and a strong emphasis on data for informed decision-making.
• Consistently exceed channel sales objectives by cultivating a reliable partnership approach within a high-performance culture.
• Represent the voice of the Channel at Dandy, autonomously owning outcomes and providing insights on needed improvements and success factors.
• Prepare precise channel forecasts and manage SFDC data to maintain current pipeline information.
• Handle partner escalations and engage directly in all facets of the partner sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Over 10 years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or quota-carrying sales roles.
• Proven management experience.
• Required executive presence.
• A founder mentality with a willingness to actively contribute to building this initiative from the ground up.
• High-agency individuals who demonstrate relentless persistence in ambiguous situations.
• A successful track record in a fast-paced, high-volume sales or partnership environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire partner sales cycle, from signing to enablement and deal closure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in an environment that is rich in ambiguity and change.
