This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance existing partnerships to align with channel strategies, while identifying growth opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key partners.
• Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of revenue targets or contributions derived from partnerships.
• Identify new potential partners based on channel priorities established by the SVP of Global Partnerships.
• Evaluate new partners against established criteria, including compatibility, reach, revenue potential, and operational complexity.
• Oversee partner onboarding, which includes commercial setup, internal coordination, enablement, and launch planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner materials, campaign support, referral messaging, and launch communications.
• Work alongside Sales, Client Management, and Service Delivery to ensure that new partner programs are practical, scalable, and well-supported.
• Monitor partner activities, pipelines, referrals, conversions, and revenue contributions, providing clear reports back to the SVP.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience in managing client and/or partner relationships and driving strategic growth.
• Experience within a regional or global context in immigration, mobility, or travel is desirable.
• Proven track record of developing and executing a consistent and cohesive strategy for managing client and/or partner relations while driving revenue growth.
• Ability to strategically analyze information, identify broader trends and risks, and translate them into tactical decision-making.
• Experience in leading multiple concurrent projects, overseeing their planning, execution, and transformation to ensure long-term improvements.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a global perspective, capable of engaging effectively with diverse skill sets, inspiring leadership, and functioning well as a team player.
• Strong collaborative abilities in a matrixed organization, working across departments and geographies with peers, subordinates, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication skills; adept at formulating and presenting complex information, issues, and recommendations both verbally and in writing; experience in delivering executive-level presentations.
• Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated capacity for influence at senior levels, along with negotiation and facilitation abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time for client meetings, conferences, and internal/organizational gatherings.
