This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard referral partners within key sectors including advisory firms, consultants, and professional services.
• Develop a pipeline of high-potential partners through networking, outreach, and engagement within the industry.
• Evaluate partner compatibility based on alignment with target customers and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure that agreements are compliant and executed effectively.
• Equip partners with the necessary knowledge, tools, and support to cultivate qualified referrals.
• Foster long-term, trustworthy relationships with partners through regular engagement.
• Conduct periodic touchpoints and business reviews to sustain momentum and alignment.
• Track partner performance in terms of lead quality, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
• Identify ways to enhance partner output and implement engagement strategies.
• Refine the partner portfolio to concentrate on high-value contributors.
• Build a continuously expanding network of active, productive referral partners.
• Deliver high-quality, sales-accepted leads and significant pipeline contributions.
• Promote strong partner engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of partner-generated opportunities with target customers.
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing external partner relationships.
• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements or similar business arrangements.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Preferred background in financial services, fintech, payments, or foreign exchange.
• Familiarity with B2B payments or cross-border solutions is preferred.
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization is preferred.
• Results-oriented and accountable, with a comfort level in working with performance metrics.
