This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Drive channel sales by executing iTS’s strategic objectives and goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for iTS partners and customers.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
• Concentrate on sales and presales initiatives to optimize revenue growth.
• Meet monthly sales goals by effectively managing and motivating resellers.
• Recruit, develop, and oversee the reseller network through proactive outreach, including cold calling and relationship management.
• Manage partners/dealers and promote sales for solutions like PaperCut (MF, NG, Hive, Pocket), Umango, Docslide, and iTSPrint and copy control hardware.
• Provide sales and product training to new resellers and conduct periodic refresher sessions for existing partners.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer and reseller records in our CRM system (webCRM).
• Regularly distribute promotional materials, letters, and email campaigns.
• Inform resellers about new features and products as they are released.
• Keep dealer price lists updated and communicate changes promptly.
• Issue Not-for-Resale licenses and arrange trials when necessary.
• Invite customers and resellers to conferences, exhibitions, and events.
• Host monthly webinars to educate and promote iTS solutions and services.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department on email campaigns, direct mail, and website content for iTS and Print and Copy Control platforms.
• Assist resellers with tenders and respond to technical or functional inquiries.
• Generate quotes and confirm pricing accuracy.
• Demonstrate software to end-users of resellers when needed.
• Attend monthly sales meetings online and at iTS offices across Europe.
• Carry out general administrative tasks as required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in direct or channel sales, negotiation, and target achievement.
• Strong outbound sales capabilities, including cold calling and lead generation.
• Excellent business acumen with a proven sales track record.
• Outstanding communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Experience managing reseller networks is preferred, though strong direct sales experience is also acceptable.
• Background in selling software solutions or technical products is beneficial (full training will be provided).
• Familiarity with the print and copy dealer industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain flexibility.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and desire to grow within a dynamic organization.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and cooperatively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
