This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners within the designated territory
• Provide sales support and training to partners to ensure their success
• Manage the performance of current partners and develop strategies to enhance their sales and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, collaborating closely to achieve shared objectives
• Work in tandem with the sales team to align sales and channel initiatives
• Keep abreast of industry trends and remain informed about competitors and market conditions
• Create and oversee channel partner budgets and forecasts
• Execute channel partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives
• Measure and report on channel partner performance, utilizing metrics such as sales and revenue
• Identify and address conflicts and challenges within the channel
• Provide support and guidance to partners regarding product and solution offerings
• Attend industry events and conferences to foster relationships and promote the company
• 3-5 years of experience in channel management within the OT software sector
• Knowledge of OT-Security is a plus
• Proficient in customer relationship management (Salesforce) software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
• Capability to build and sustain relationships with partners
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• Eagerness to learn and advance in the channel management arena
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance efficiency, analysis, and overall performance
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Fluent in business English, with basic German skills
• Willingness to travel 30-50%
