This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategy & Execution: Formulate and implement the partner sales strategy for the Enterprise/Commercial segment, fostering pipeline, revenue, and ecosystem expansion.
• Partner Recruitment & Enablement: Discover, recruit, onboard, and empower SIs, consulting firms, ISVs, and VARs to optimize partner performance and collective success.
• Revenue Growth & Target Management: Establish, track, and fulfill partner revenue objectives; collaborate with partners and internal teams to expedite deal conversion and ensure steady growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and legal teams to create and execute effective partnership programs.
• Partner-Centric Mindset: Regard partners as valued customers, comprehending their objectives and providing solutions that yield mutual benefits.
• Market Insight & Representation: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies; represent the organization at events, conferences, and partner forums.
• Performance Tracking: Evaluate and analyze partner performance, report findings to leadership, and refine strategies for optimal impact.
• Autonomous & Resilient: Operate independently, embrace risks, navigate uncertainty, and drive initiatives with enthusiasm and accountability.
• Partner Champion: Cultivate robust, trusted relationships with partners and customers, engaging face-to-face as necessary, with the willingness to travel up to 40% for key meetings, events, and industry conferences.
• Proven 10+ years of Partner Experience: Established history in SaaS, IT/B2B technology (start-up/scale-up) firms, ideally with CX/EX expertise, building and scaling partner ecosystems in the region.
• New Partner Development: Extensive network of partner contacts and a proven ability to recruit and enable high-potential partners.
• Strategic Thinker: Develops and implements partner plans that align with company objectives and market trends, identifying growth possibilities and adapting strategies.
• Entrepreneurial & Innovative: Proactive, imaginative, and open to experimenting with new strategies to enhance sales and achieve targets.
• Autonomous & Resilient: Self-driven, works independently, embraces risks, and navigates uncertainty to achieve results.
