This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Formulate and implement a LATAM Channel Partner strategy that aligns with FOBA’s overarching sales goals and regional growth initiatives.
• Identify, onboard, and evaluate prospective Channel Partners within key LATAM markets.
• Analyze market coverage and partner effectiveness to prioritize quality over quantity in the channel landscape.
• Facilitate expansion into new countries and verticals through growth driven by channel partners.
• Oversee the complete onboarding process for new Channel Partners, which includes: coordinating commercial agreements and compliance, as well as providing product, application, and sales training.
• Ensure that partners are thoroughly equipped to represent FOBA’s brand, value proposition, and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to coordinate onboarding kits, co-branding materials, and sales resources.
• Establish clear commercial expectations and targets for Channel Partners.
• Monitor partner performance, pipeline dynamics, forecasts, and deal execution.
• Conduct regular business assessments with key partners to measure performance against targets and establish corrective actions and growth strategies.
• Provide insights on market intelligence regarding competitive activities, customer needs, pricing, and go-to-market strategies within LATAM.
• Serve as the representative voice of the LATAM channel internally, collaborating with Global Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Applications, and Service teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in Channel Management, Distribution Management, or B2B Sales within the industrial, capital equipment, or automation sectors.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing Channel Partner networks in the LATAM region.
• Strong comprehension of distributor economics, margin structures, and indirect sales frameworks.
• Proficient in navigating diverse cultures and countries throughout Latin America.
• Fluent in Spanish; Portuguese is highly desirable; English is required.
