• 4–7 years of experience in channel, alliances, partnerships, or partner-led sales
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives
• Strategic mindset

• Proficient in mid-market dynamics
• Experience with hybrid go-to-market strategies
• Established connections within fractional CFO networks (Nice to haves)
• Previous experience in a Service-as-Software, fractional talent, or modern data platform organization (Nice to haves)
• Proven track record of developing a partner program from the ground up (Nice to haves)
• Knowledge of mid-market data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, BI tools) (Nice to haves)
