This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Recruit fractional and advisory CxO partners.
• Onboard and activate each new partner.
• Guide partners through the three-phase closing cycle.
• Manage the partner pipeline effectively.
• Drive both expansion and retention initiatives.
• 4–7 years of experience in channel management, alliances, partnerships, or partner-led sales.
• Ability to engage comfortably with senior executives.
• Strong operational mindset.
• Natural coaching ability.
• Proficiency in mid-market dynamics.
• Comfort with hybrid go-to-market strategies.
• Must possess a fully functional and updated computer.
• Must reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there.
