This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with the existing partner network, ensuring regular communication and follow-up.
• Engage in the onboarding process for new partners alongside the Head of Channels, guaranteeing a structured activation experience.
• Oversee the pipeline generated through channels, recognizing opportunities and assisting partners during negotiations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners on a daily basis — providing support, guidance, and reinforcing the relationship with Nortrez.
• Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of the channel program, offering valuable insights and focusing on areas for improvement.
• Maintain organized records and activities within the CRM with consistency and accuracy.
• Proven experience in B2B channel management — in roles such as Channel Manager, Partner Manager, Channel Account Manager, or similar indirect channel positions.
• Familiarity with SaaS or B2B technology sectors.
• Excellent, personable, and adaptable communication skills — capable of forging authentic relationships with various partner types.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple partnerships with diligence and consistency.
• Business insight to spot opportunities and confidently advise partners.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting where certain processes are still being established.
• Familiarity with tools like Freshworks, Monday.com, Intercom, HubSpot, or GoTo is advantageous.
• Experience with channel programs that are in a structuring or expansion phase.
• Proficient in English at an intermediate or advanced level (for interaction with global vendors).
