📋 Description

• We are looking for a Channel Partner Manager to spearhead engagement and expansion with our most significant partners in the Systems Integrator (SI), Managed Service Provider (MSP), and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) segments within the DACH region.

• This senior-level position will collaborate closely with the Head of Channel and the Head of the Region to formulate and implement strategies that establish Nebius as the preferred partner for these crucial segments.

• The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing and growing relationships with SIs, MSPs, and VARs, a strategic approach, and the ability to drive effective partner enablement programs.

• This role is high-impact, providing the opportunity to influence Nebius’ partner ecosystem and contribute to the company's long-term growth.

• You are welcome to work remotely from the DACH region.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7-10 years of channel management experience in the DACH region, with a proven history of collaborating with enterprise-level partners in the SI, MSP, and VAR sectors. Experience in working with enterprise customers to expand and promote the adoption of cloud-based solutions is essential.

• Established, strong relationships with key SIs, ISVs, and MSPs who have demonstrated success in serving enterprise customers. You should be able to leverage this network to enhance the growth of Nebius' partner ecosystem.

• Strong technical expertise in cloud-based solutions, with experience in enabling partners to sell complex products (preferably GPU IaaS or similar cloud infrastructure solutions) to enterprise customers.

• Proven experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams and marketing departments to co-develop sales strategies, create marketing materials, and execute joint initiatives that resonate with large-scale enterprise customers.

• Capability to formulate high-level strategic plans for enterprise channel growth while also engaging in the tactical elements of partner enablement, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.

• Experience in selling, enabling, and supporting enterprise solutions, particularly in cloud, IaaS, and GPU-based offerings. Comfort in understanding and articulating the technical value of solutions to both technical and business stakeholders within enterprise accounts.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and scaling partner ecosystems in an enterprise context.

• Proficiency in presenting Nebius effectively in presentations, to senior leadership, technical teams, and enterprise partners, ensuring clear and actionable messaging regarding Nebius’ offerings.

• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
