This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Strategy & Execution: Formulate and implement the partner sales strategy for the Enterprise/Commercial segment, driving pipeline, revenue, and ecosystem expansion.

• Partner Recruitment & Enablement: Identify, recruit, onboard, and empower SIs, consulting firms, ISVs, and VARs to enhance partner performance and achieve joint success.

• Revenue Growth & Target Management: Establish, monitor, and meet partner revenue objectives; collaborate with partners and internal teams to expedite deal conversions and ensure consistent growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and legal teams to design and execute effective partnership programs.

• Partner-Centric Mindset: Treat partners as esteemed customers, understanding their objectives and providing solutions that yield mutual benefits.

• Market Insight & Representation: Keep track of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies; represent the company at events, conferences, and partner forums.

• Performance Tracking: Evaluate and analyze partner performance, report outcomes to leadership, and refine strategies for optimal impact.

• Autonomous & Resilient: Operate independently, embrace risk, navigate uncertainty, and drive initiatives with enthusiasm and ownership.

• Partner Champion: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with partners and clients, engaging face-to-face when necessary, with the ability to travel up to 40% for key meetings, events, and industry conferences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven 10+ years of Partner Experience: Demonstrated history in SaaS, IT/B2B technology (start-up/scale-up) companies, preferably with CX/EX knowledge, building and expanding partner ecosystems in the region.

• New Partner Development: Strong network of partner contacts with a proven ability to recruit and enable high-potential partners.

• Strategic Thinker: Develops and implements partner plans that align with company objectives and market trends, identifying growth opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.

• Entrepreneurial & Innovative: Proactive, creative, and eager to experiment with new approaches to drive sales and meet targets.

• Autonomous & Resilient: Self-driven, works independently, embraces risk, and navigates ambiguity to achieve results.

• Partner-Centric Mindset: Regards partners as valued customers, comprehending their goals and delivering solutions that foster mutual value.

• Leadership Potential: Inspires and motivates both internal and external stakeholders to reach shared goals.

• AI & Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with the basics of AI technology, applications, and market trends, capable of clearly communicating complex concepts.

• Excellent Communication & Negotiation in local language: Strong interpersonal abilities to influence, collaborate, and drive consensus with partners and internal teams.

• Organized & Results-Oriented: Proficient in managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to travel as required.
