This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Strategy & Execution: Formulate and implement the partner sales strategy for the Enterprise/Commercial segment to drive pipeline, revenue, and ecosystem expansion.
• Partner Recruitment & Enablement: Identify, attract, onboard, and empower SIs, consulting firms, ISVs, and VARs to enhance partner performance and achieve mutual success.
• Revenue Growth & Target Management: Establish, monitor, and meet partner revenue objectives; collaborate with partners and internal teams to speed up deal conversions and ensure steady growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and legal teams to create and execute effective partnership initiatives.
• Partner-Centric Mindset: View partners as valued clients, understanding their objectives and delivering solutions that generate shared value.
• Market Insight & Representation: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies; represent the organization at events, conferences, and partner forums.
• Performance Tracking: Evaluate and analyze partner performance, report findings to leadership, and refine strategies for optimal results.
• Autonomous & Resilient: Operate independently, embrace risks, navigate through uncertainty, and drive initiatives with enthusiasm and ownership.
• Partner Champion: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with partners and clients, engaging in face-to-face interactions as necessary, with the ability to travel up to 40% for key meetings, events, and industry conferences.
• Proven 10+ years of Partner Experience: Demonstrated success in SaaS, IT/B2B technology (start-up/scale-up) firms, preferably with CX/EX expertise, in building and scaling partner ecosystems in the region.
• New Partner Development: Extensive network of partner contacts and a proven capability to recruit and enable high-potential partners.
• Strategic Thinker: Crafts and implements partner plans that align with company objectives and market trends, identifying growth avenues and adjusting tactics accordingly.
• Entrepreneurial & Innovative: Proactive, inventive, and willing to explore new strategies to boost sales and meet objectives.
• Autonomous & Resilient: Self-driven, able to work independently, embrace risks, and navigate uncertainty to achieve outcomes.
